does anyone know if this device works with 2019 Audi A8? I have a 2019 A8L and am looking for the same info. The app says it works for the 2018, but, the 2019 is a totally different car. Hope someone answers you. I want to disable the start/stop switch. I have a 2018 SQ5 and the app works flawlessly. Thanks

Translated by google translator:
Audi a8 2018 came to me. I have a pro version. I couldn’t do anything manually and manually encode and adapt, and in one click I’ll have nothing to write to the support team what they will say about this It does not code and does not adapt the Audi A8 2018. I have a pro version with other machines. Everything is OK.

I test it on Audi A8 2019 and it did read all the information and clean Faults , but i couldn't change anything , neither the Apps nor coding or adaptation , also no Service Access Codes worked , even the once that are presets from the App. I also tried to clean the cache and data from the OBDeleven APP from my Samsung s10+ , but nothing helped . Before 1 week i also used the OBD eleven on 2017 a7 and it worked without problems , also i have already used it on Tiguans , Passats and Golfs and it worked for everything . Anyway back to the Audi A8 D5 , everytime i try to unlock Apps i get "Fail" error on the bottom of the screen and also it takes my credits points away... Everytime i try to Long code or adaptation or to enter Service Access Code i get "Something went wrong" error . If anyone of you have any ideas please share . Or should i go straight to the support ?

Raise it directly with support via the in app help function if on Android or Report a bug on IOS.
Afraid Dev dont spend much time on the forums so its always best to tell them directly but handy for other users to post on forum (so we all know there are issues).
Have you tried with the latest release and both IOS and Android had updates on Friday.

I wrote yesterday with the support, they told me to Turn ON the Handbreak and open the Hood. It's a new Security system for the VAG Group. I will test it out later when i can and see if that works.

If you are using the app on an Android phone and running version 0.28.0 (which was released on Friday) the app should automatically warn you that you have an Audi (if its a new one) and that you must have the bonnet open (note heard you need handbrake as well)
If you are using IOS I am afraid I have not seen anything that says this new feature is included.

Yeah, I am with Android, but I don't remember any notification or pop up to show that I need to open the bonnet. But it doesn't matter now, today I test it and everything worked as it should. And Yes the Handbreak should be ON with the hood opened to work properly. Now I need to figure out how to lower the suspension. From what I have found in the other forums, there is some other guides, but they all show that you need to enter Control Module 34, but on this car the Module is 74 for the Suspension. I already found the right place to thinker, but neither Security Access Code 31564 nor 20103 works there. I haven't test to change the values of how high the Suspension needs to sit or to do calibration, but I will do it tomorrow or in 2 days, because the car needs to go to Audi for some service. I searched everywhere, but there is no exact info for the same car with the same module.

aymidin, I’d like to know what happened after that. My A8 is coming in a month but I still don’t know the OBDeleven is going to work or not. Your report would be highly appreciated.

Well at the moment this Audi needs specific kit or software that can be bought to lower the car. So no cheap option . From what i got as information until 2017-2018 can be modified with OBDeleven and for the newest models you will need to pay. Probably later they will start to release stuff publicly, but not at the moment.

It works on the 2019 but there isn't an app yet to shut off the start/stop feature. I'm hoping to see one soon.

Works fine on my A8 D5, I have changed quite a few things, do read the instructions, hood up for most of the programmimg and don't worry about the faults, most are communication errors, the D5 is Sillion Valley with 4 wheels. Just clear the codes.

Hi new member / newb here! - so 1st post - not got an OBD11 (yet); looking for some guidance as I've been reading this thread; my car is a 2017/2018 A8 - I want to enable wireless car-play - but have read elsewhere that only 2019 models support Wireless CP - this is the primary reason (but there'll be more to follow once bought) why I want to buy an OBD11.
So, given there's some doubt above cast of obd11 functionality for 2018 models; is the wireless CP a limitation via hardware - or an enable - so to speak with a diag tool such as obd11 please? If it's just OBD11 - I'll spring for / buy the tool! Thanks for the help in advance (I would have PM'd this but being my 1st post - I don't think I can!).
Drive Select isn't showing nor is tpms either - so I think it needs dtc's clearing (or worse!).
Thanks so much
