Just to add to this, please read why this is in the following article
This is a Licence issue with VW not down to OBD11
Why I can't update application via Google Play store? Since 1st June of 2017 we had signed license agreement with Volkswagen AG for diagnostic data use in our application. This license grant permission to use diagnostic data in these countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom, Cyprus, Croatia, United States, Canada. If your country is not mentioned in the list above, we are unable to sell you the OBDeleven device, or download/update the application via the Google Play store. If you already have OBDeleven device you can use it without any issues. We are sorry for all inconvenience. We are dealing with Volkswagen AG to get license for more countries.

Thank you b1ainus for providing the apk of the app! Who knew that it would be impossible to download such an application in Australia? Although I don't quite understand what is the point of a license if it blocks access to foreign users? Of course I'm not an application developer, but don't you think it's stupid? Although I tried to make my own apps. At the beginning of the quarantine, I had so little to do that I decided to start learning c#. As a result, it turned out that studying independently is much more difficult than I thought. And I completely gave up learning c#. As it turned out, in order to make an application, you do not need to know individual programming languages, just look for app maker download. Good luck!

App is on the Playstore for Android users and I have been getting updates off there for over a year. Even downloaded it onto my new phone a few moths ago without problems. I live in Australia and it works perfectly
