Rearview Camera Retrofit - A3 8V MMI Advanced

Hi everybody

I have VCDS official and OBDEleven PRO

I have purchase parts to retrofit a rearview camera in my A3 8V.



The installation is done and the issue is at the coding step.

I have add the 5Q0907441A module in the gateway with success following the process below :

19 > Can Gateway

--> In the "Installation List" I have check the line to add 6c Back up cam
, the module 6C line is checked, GOOD
--> After that, in the "Adaption", I have check if the "(108)-Installation list; specified installationsNode_0x6C
" was in "Coded" state, It was not the case, I have change to "Coded"


Next step, trying to "encode" the 6C module (5Q0907441A)

The module is "New", no previous encoding and when I try to code, VCDS (official 15.7) don't want to encode, it say "Coding reject Error 31-Request out of range"

I have coded the 5F module but no Rearview item appear when my car is in reverse state...

You have my story...


My question is : How to encode a strictly new 5Q0907441A module after installation with VCDS or OBDEleven ?
