Have to re-authenticate each time I use app?
Takes forever to "connect".
Once (if) when it connects, scan never goes beyond 1 of 16, sometimes 2 or 3.
Paid for Pro, when I try to activate a feature, it asks for Pro key, says already activated.
Stop scan, sometimes results show error (2 times in 100 tries), cannot trash errors.
Do I have a defective unit?

How long to wait for "scan". I waited 30 minutes, nothing.
Had to Task Kill, unplug, turn off ignition, plug in, turn on ignition, connect, then just to keep hanging over and over and over and over.
What to do?
