Might perform this retrofit in the future. Been reading up on it. My cars ECU has an immo delete. Assuming I wouldn't need to recode the transponders/keys, I should be able to perform the necessary coding with obd11 correct?

You won't get any of the COMFORT menu options in this cluster as they are 2 different protocols ( such as BAP vs. The one that your red display uses).

Can gateway, swcm from mk6 (for my mfsw retrofit). Would that make a difference? I'll be coding the steering wheel using Lin 2.0 settings.. and that supposedly would allow for BAP. As you see it would any menu items work?

I don't know how to answer that question at the moment. I think it also requires replacing the Gateway #19 and the Body Control Module #09 to MK6 ones to get the comfort options to appear. I want to try this retrofit, but I'm trying to figure out how I'd get the immobilizer portion to work first.
