Window motor module coding & Door lock

I replaced my driverside door with a used door from another passat.
When I plugged everything in my door locks, but my windows,trunk release, ajustable heated mirrors & Alarm doesn't work.

I beleive the window motor module is shot so I took the window motor out of my original door and put it in the new door. Now my windows work but my doors don't lock and the red indicator light for the alarm stays solid red when I try to lock the door it blinks maybe 6 times AND thats it.
Do I have to change the code from my original door module to the new door module code?
I'm so confused!!!
If I change the code to the window motor module will everything work like it suppose to?

I'm still confused! The module I have in the car from the new door that doesn't work has no power at all to windows etc... is code: 0001205 Only locks with key fob!

I can put in the module from my original door this module all windows etc works but doors don't lock this one is code: 0001463

Do I have to change the code from my original door module to the new door code? code:0001463 change to code:0001205

Yes I put on a door from another car but the window module is not working. So i took the module out of my bang up door because it works to put in the new door.
