If you have android auto, and if you can have root permissions on your phone, than you should be able to do this.
Just Google "full mirror Android auto" or something like that!

Or if you have a Sony phone you can mirror the screen using the embedded MirrorLink function on it. Just enable MirrorLink in motion on the car. I use my old Sony Xperia Z1 Compact with no root needed.
