Hi. I have a Passat B8 2015 I have OBDeleven Pro
I used the App "Lock/Unlock acoustic confirmation" and got confirmation it worked.
But there are no acoustic confirmation when i lock/unlock
What did i missed

Have a look in your settings on head unit and see if there is option in opening/closing to have confirmation on/off
You might need to select it on in there
Or try reboot on the head unit by holding power button in until it switches off and restarts

You don't need to reboot head unit.
Only enable function i CAR menu / "open/close"

There is no option in the head unit settings to turn it on/off and after coding (using app) it would not work
The thing that fixed it was to reboot the unit then it worked straight away,so dont be so quick to dismiss the suggestion

Oh how nice the b8 have this app but b7 dosnt, luckily there is another android app that works better then obdeleven at the moment with lots of costumization.
