Hello

Is there a way to turn off the DLR when I apply the parking brake manually by pressing the parking brake switch in the center console?

I found this adaptation which I think might do the trick, but wanted to check with someone first:

DLR Only in Auto Mode
Select Control unit 09 (Central Electrics)
Security access
Access Code 31347
Adaptation
(9) - Select daytime running lights only in switch position auto
Value=Aktif

Almost there. This one disables DRL when the light-switch is on position '0' - which is not what you are describing (and not regulatory conform in the EU)
There is another adaption right there, which is including the word either "parking brake", "handbrake" or "Handbremse" - I do not know about the translations.

This should do the trick. There might be the downside that you have to switch to '0' and having the brake applied (at least my Golf needs this)

Please be so kind to set your app's language to English when posting screenshots and before trying out coding suggestions.
