Hello, I’m having some issues cause the button for switching the map views is not working anymore. Can someone send me a backup of the aid and discover media datas? Here is my actual configuration on module 5F:  Here is the not working button, it’s grayed out  |

When I set the a ility to switch maps to on when I actually switched maps all I got was loading on the aid when I pressed the button

Yeah, but mine is not working, if you touch it does nothing.
And on AID if I choose "View Map" it loads continually but does nothing.
Do you have the standard config for the Discover Media?

I do but that button isn’t on my screen as standard, and mine is the discover pro

Both Discover Media and Discover Pro have that button and the feature is activated when the car is equipped with AID

In my case I retrofitted the AID to my old e-GOLF and pressing that button would make the AID say „loading map view“ forever like described above.
If I code „ability switch maps“ in the 5F to „disabled“ the button vanishes and map display on the AID works, with maps displayed both on Main screen and AID.

Hello,
I have a problem with mine, the car suddenly stopped loading the map in the Virtual Cockpit.
In other words, it only loads in Discover Media.
And the button to change the maps is visible, but it doesn't work.
I'd rather have the map only in the Virtual Cockpit than in Discover Media, because I think it's more interesting that, in my case, the car gets the message in the cockpit ‘loading map view’.
Does anyone know how to solve the problem?
