3 days ago, I did code my ambient lighling first to 10 stage colors and then 30 stage colors with ready apps. Unfortunately, the colors do not work stage wise just the original 8 colors still work. But I am also not more able to get back to original colors as the ready app does not more exist. I need to recode to factory settings of my ambient lightling or recode all 30 colors one by one. Kindly let me know how to do that. Thanks in advance, I remain, Kind regards

Kindly let me know how to do that. Thanks in advance, I remain, Kind regards I Managed to add colours to the Ambient Lighting on a Facelift 2017 Leon and I did the following: Ignition on but engine not running. Selected (09) Central Electrics Selected Adaptations Selected Ambientelicht Farbliste (The Ambient Lighting List only shows 8 colours on the MIB screen, and I wanted to add one) Selected Rotwert Farbe 9 and changed the value to the Red value for the RGB Code you might have. Selected Blauwert Farbe 9 and changed the value to the Blue value for the RGB Code you might have. Selected Gruenwert Farbe 9 and changed the value to the Green value for the RGB Code you might have. Selected Ambience_lighting_color_list_lin Selected Rotwert_Farbe_9_lin and changed the value to the Red value for the RGB Code you might have. Selected Blauwert_Farbe_9_lin and changed the value to the Blue value for the RGB Code you might have. Selected Gruenwert_Farbe_9_lin and changed the value to the Green value for the RGB Code you might have. Save all the changes (requires a code which I think was 31347
Shut down OBD11 and the turned the ignition off.
Turn the ignition back on and checked the background lighting and you will see there are now 9 colours listed and not 8 as previous.
I didn't test to see if more could be added but there is another slot (10) and it has been discussed on this forum before that two colours can be added.
One thing I noticed when changing one of the existing colours in the ambience lighting list is that the RGB values in Ambientelicht Farbliste and Ambience_lighting_color_list_lin did not show the same values. When I changed an existing colour I made sure both sets of number were the same on the colour I changed and I did the same for the new colour added.
I have to say my wife is very impressed that she can have different shades of purple in her ambience lighting. [/QUOTE]

I encountered the same issue as well using the app for ambient light, I realised that app has since been removed. As I don’t have pro and only know how to use available apps for coding, I am stuck now. While I can change the ambient light, the light activated doesn’t correspond to the selected colour setting. So it’s trial and error running thru the 10-colours, until I get the lighting which I want.

So I have coded my seat Leon fr tech pack which had the standard 8 colours for the ambient system and I saw on the obd eleven that I could change it to 10 which I did but now I want to revert it back to 8 colours how can I go by doing this, also the colours on screen do not match up with the colours on the door. Massive help is needed.
Thanks in advance

Hi,
I had the exact same problem and solved this yesterday re-applying the old settings which I found from a backup file I handily created awhile ago. Fortuently this was pretty easy to re-apply as per the below instructions i made.
Open the app, connect and then go to the list of control units (hamburger button)
Select (09) Central Electrics
Select Adaptations
Select Ambientelicht Farbliste
In here, you will see a list of german numbers and colours which have RGB values
Replace each line with the following values:
Rotwert Farbe 1: 193
Gruenwert Farbe 1: 218
Blauwert Farbe 1: 251
Rotwert Farbe 2: 255
Gruenwert Farbe 2: 255
Blauwert Farbe 2: 255
Rotwert Farbe 3: 245
Gruenwert Farbe 3: 230
Blauwert Farbe 3: 207
Rotwert Farbe 4: 255
Gruenwert Farbe 4: 255
Blauwert Farbe 4: 0
Rotwert Farbe 5: 246
Gruenwert Farbe 5: 114
Blauwert Farbe 5: 34
Rotwert Farbe 6: 255
Gruenwert Farbe 6: 0
Blauwert Farbe 6: 0
Rotwert Farbe 7: 36
Gruenwert Farbe 7: 56
Blauwert Farbe 7: 246
Rotwert Farbe 8: 44
Gruenwert Farbe 8: 237
Blauwert Farbe 8: 213
Rotwert Farbe 9: 0
Gruenwert Farbe 9: 0
Blauwert Farbe 9: 0
Rotwert Farbe 10: 0
Gruenwert Farbe 10: 0
Blauwert Farbe 10: 0
Hold the button to apply and enter the passcode 31347
Take out your key from the ignition, put back in and then when you go to the colours in the background lighting menu, you will find the old colours back.
