Does anyone know if there is anyway to change how dark it has to be for auto headlights to turn on? I have it set to late and i still have headlights all day long. Any one tried or done this or point me to the module i could snoop around in? Thanks

I've been trying to figure this out too. I have a 2016, so it's pre facelift, but hopefully it's similar. I'm currently playing with ECE_Lichteinschaltschwelle and Tunnel_einschalt_verzoegerung under Light sensor in Central Electrics. I think ECE_Lichteinschaltschwelle is the light threshold in infrared lux. I lowered this from 1000lx to 700lx. And I think Tunnel_einschalt_verzoegerung is the delay before turning the lights on when the sensor sees a transition from light to dark. I changed this from 02 to 06. It might be in seconds. Not sure as it goes from 00 to FF. Curious how you make out. Haven't really had a chance to test my settings yet.
Oh also you said your lights are on all day long. Make sure your light switch isn't pulled out for fogs. This overrides the auto lights and turns everything on in my car.

The foglights pulled may be the key. I always have them pulled on but today I didnt and the lights were actually turning on and off depending on the amount of tree cover I was under. Thats a dumb setup VW.

Auto headlights only work when switch is in auto. Why do you need foglights on all the time? 🤔

Actually they only turn on automatically when the switch is on automatic and fogs aren't pulled. Otherwise they are on all the time like explained above. And i dont want fogs on all the time. I only want them on when its dark enough to need headlights.
