Greetings,
I want to be able to change, or manually adjust the shift points for the DSG. There are some days that I want to make the car more fuel efficient, and then there are other days that I want the transmission to be a little more exciting.
Often times, the DSG operates at a lower gear than necessary (driving in 4th gear when it should be 6th on the highway) thus wasting fuel. Even in manual mode, the car will go to 5th, but not 6th unless I'm going at a really good pace.
I'm used to driving a manual car, so I prefer to be driving in 6th gear for most of the time unless I'm slowing down to come to a complete stop. I want to code a real manual override of the transmission so that I can be able to maximize the car's fuel economy. The only error message I get for the DSG is: P1741 - Clutch pressure adaptation at limit Lower limit not reached
The Shortened version of what I've stated above is that I want to implement the APR or Revotechnik DSG features (manually) using OBDeleven so as to have better control of what the shift points are.
If what I said above, does not make sense, then what I should ask is where do I go in OBDeleven to see the actual shift points (or the parameters required in the engine to allow the transmission to upshift earlier).

I think the better question for me to ask: If there an option for me to be able to access the controller for the DSG directly to adjust the options?
