OK so I've done it, gone pro. Any suggestions for a quick and easy modification for my Uk Mk7? Nothing too risky please.
Regards risk averse D

You can use the ready apps, they not riski. A Little risk is there everytime you change coding. Never change byte 18 in control unit 09. Then you go into trouble like i do. Maybe the admin can say more how riski things are. Im only a beginner (nube)

You can start with polo of your wife :-D ,it realy makes no difference with wich car you start. I start with touran 1t3 and golf 7. I think for me it is easyer with mqb platform (golf 7) ,tjere is more writen in clear words in adaption and coding.

First time poster!!! I'm looking to bite the bullet!! And buy the pro! I not totally sure what it does, but damm I like the idea! A question if I may! I'm looking at doing my own minor serving on my 2014mk7 Golf TDI. When doing a fuel filter change will the OBD11 assist me in priming the fuel pump? Many thanks in Advance BobCat From the Land Down Under!!!

^^^^ Daniel: Hello. I'm not sure that OBD11 is needed at all for this task! Doesn't opening the driver's door prime the high pressure fuel pump (it's the whirring noise that can be heard when the door is opened)? Anyhow, try looking in the list when you select "Output test" on the ECU module (see below). Don
