Today I received my new Pro version. After some hassle connecting I chose 'Mirror Dip' - the only thing I really _wanted_ to change. It said it succeeded and withdrew the 10 credits. But no matter what I do I can't get it to actually work. The 'joystic' is on 'R', I see no option in my menus. Of course I can't just try to turn it off and on again since I understand that you bill for each change (strange way to do it I might add).
Also I seen no Golf MkVII R in the list so I entered my VIN and the picture shows a GTI. What is up with that? I thought you supported the R.
So what next?

No. 'R' corresponds to the mirror that I want to have 'dip'.

^^^^^ Why not try resetting the MIB unit and then see if the Mirror-dip option appears in the MENU? To do this have the MIB switched-on and press and hold-in the on/off switch until the unit goes-off and then re-switches on again. If you reset the MIB properly, you should see the VW symbol (or whatever opening symbol) appear on the opening screen. Don.
The other matter that could be a problem is whether the passenger door control module on your car has a memory module - I don't know if it does. Lots of folk can make mirror-dip tweak work without the memory module, but the mirror position does not return to the normal position. But some folk can't make the tweak work without the memory module

OK, dv52 had it right. Reset the MIB unit and option appeared. Sweet!
Thanks
