Please show us your fault codes so we can tell you what's wrong with your car. Clearing a fault doesn't solve the problem that causes the fault!

Or I don't know where to find them. When I "scan" it shows 5 problems. I have no idea how to look at them. When I scan with another app, it shows nothing.

If you do a scan with OBDeleven it shows you all faults that are stored in the ECUs. So i would say what you mean with "problems" are fault codes. Once you've scanned click on the little blue round button to get a list of all ECUs. Select the ECUs with a little red circle(that means they have faults). In each ECU click on faults and that's it. Then you can post us your fault codes.
