Hi all, having some problems with my new device, it had been working until yesterday and no there’s no orange led heartbeat and device not showing as available on the app or any Bluetooth device. Not hugely impressed with the customer support either, I have to return it at my cost? And hope it arrives? And hope a fault is found? And hope I receive a new device? Not great really.....feeling a bit out of pocket now after spending on a “pro” pack as well...

I seem to have a problem too. Loaded app today and was prompted to update app which I did.
Upon installing update, the device is no longer being found (error.. device not responding)??
Any ideas anyone?

It's normal that you don't see the dongle in your bluetooth options. Since the last update i faced some connection problems aswell. I need to try it like 3-8 times until i finally get connencted.

It’s not connection problem, the device has stopped functioning correctly.....no longer has orange heartbeat.

Contacted support today. Will post results.

I returned mine as instructed and have just received a replacement, good quick turnaround.

I returned mine as instructed and have just received a replacement, good quick turnaround. Only just had a need to try the replacement and it’s not working!!!!! Doesn’t even power up, no leds at all! I can’t be the only one with issues with these devices??? Thinking I’d rather a refund now...£60+++ down the drain in my opinion

scotte I have just gone to the help page and contact us brings up a form with no issues.
The Help function in the app seems to work fine (did not raise an issue but it worked like it has before.
I would try again.

Hi guys, since the latest Android OS update I have to reboot my phone to connect to some BT devices. Switching BT on and off made no difference. But a reboot sorts it every time. Same with my OneWheel. Plus it never hurts to reboot now and again.
