I've just picked up a brand new GTI Performance DSG, the one I test drove in the dealers had a distinctive DSG fart during gear shifts in sport mode.

I understand VW has recently re-programmed the DSG box removing the DSG 'farts' and my GTI does not do this.

I am assuming this is a coding change and wondered if anyone had discovered a way to turn the farts back on using OBDeleven?

Mine is in 10/2017 buyit and it make this fart.

Often called crackl'n'pop. You probably have it, but it's not always as loud.

Hi, just try to keep acceleration at 80% while in second drive, with same has, change to third, should make farts early. Keep trying in second to third, is the best way to learn how your gti maker those lovely farts.

whataboutthis: le4dsoldier if you have a pre 2024 VAG motor that is supported and you have the Pro or Ultimate license you can code Adaptions and long Coding but after 2024 SFD2 STOPS YOU. SFD Can be unlocked but basic plan only allows you to use OCA Nov 21, 2024 16:52:53 GMT
