Just radio. 40% and warning, it's insane- you have to confirm it at screen.

I have a 2014 Cupra and use bluetooth and never had that warning (Car is away at the moment so I cant test it) when using bluetooth connection. I am just wondering if its a Phone setting, Looked through the owners manual and cant see anything obvious but it might be worth checking through your phone's settings to see if there is anything there. Have you tried using your phone on a different car and seeing if you get the same issue. Sorry can't be of more help but hopefully somebody else will have seen this.
Last point what phone and model do you have again just in case anybody has seen it before.

I've checked two different phones- results are same: "The current state of charged battery is low. Phone soon will be turned off"

Update, been on the seat cupra forum and asked if people have this.
Responses are all from UK Users (so there may be differences) and like me some have not seen it. Others say the battery figure in the FIS gets a red ring round it when low One user got the warning but in the UK it was a message across the top of the screen not like yours (but that may be location settings).
I am still looking but general consensus (based on gut feel) is this is a Phone setting, do you know what level your phone battery warning is set to.

My phone (Huawei P9) display first warning at 20%. Tried my old Samsung S5, tried friends Xiaomi... it's same thing- when battery on phone goes under 40%, warning pup up on radio's screen.

You could check the adaption for your radio ECU maybe there's something like "phone battery waring" you can turn off.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. This was just a speculation i don't know if there's a value to disable the warning.

your car should be very similar to mine (settings will be different but basic infrastructure will be very similar) Check out my control unit thread here you can see the setup and under adaptations you will have a link to a spreadsheet that opens up to show you the setup.
As I say I had a quick look and could not find anything under control unit 5f and non of the guys in the UK get this feature (myself included) so it may be your firmware is different to ours. But it does feel very much like an Android setting.
Let us know if you find an answer.

Maybe there's an option in the hidden mmi menu? Here's a video on how to enable it:

Oh boy, this is fun- I've been "tuning" my car two hours today: rear lights, red mode button, fan in auto mode, liters to refuel... Entered advanced config in radio, but didn't find anything. When I'll have more time, will search through options in app (little bit afraid of damage something) - but I'm starting to think I'll have to live with my "battery problem".
