Hello, i have a problem cooding ABS module, it always fails and i dont know why. I got new column electronics with FIS and GRA so i need to code the ABS module again.
Thats how i do it:
I drive a Audi A4 / FN3 15" Brakes / 4 Cyl. Gasoline Engine and Manual Transmission so my Login Code is 09575.
Than i go to cooding and write 04275 (thats the old code that was in there) and it says something like Error Pleasy try it later...
Someone knows what im doing wrong?
sorry for my english

Are you sure that this is a login code? There is a menu point called "access authorization" which is for login codes. With a login code you unlock the coding.

So i found someone with VAG-COM and it worked with no problems. Same Login Code (09575) and coding (04275) but he needed to write 12345 into WSC (Werkstattcode).

Is the abs module coding issues fixed already, i tried to code my abs module for 4 hours yesterday and it said success (or something along those lines), but after entering "basic settings" to finish the coding it always reset the coding? I have heard that this is a known issue, and has never been fixed even though many have been struggling with it... Would appreciate support.
I did the coding from "secure acces" and entered a code suitable for my car, after that entered a code from the coding menu

Not my car so just a dumb question, have you tried changing the diagnostic session
On my MQB Platform I have a number of different ones for the ABS Module.
OBD-diagnostic mode VW-diagnostic mode Diagnosis mode for safety-related systems End of assembly line mode (EOL) IO Test Session Development mode
Secondly as this is a USER forum and nobody seems to have the answer have you tried reporting this to the support team via the in app help function.

Greetings, I am trying to figure out why my abs module is not holding its coding. I also have the DTC 0778 and need to do the Steering Angle Sensor calibration initialization and i cant seem to find the livedata settings posted in this post forum.obdeleven.com/post/53384 from dv52 (Australia) Please advise. I already sent abs module in for repair and trying to get the Steering Angle sensor (G85) complete to clear the warning lights and it doesnt seem to be working along with the ABS module coding not saving! Please help! I have a 2003 audi a4 B6 Quattro wagon Im also using latest Android and have full Pro activated license! Just purchased unit last week! It seems the settings are different for each app / car etc Thanks in advance

Hey friends. I have almost from first days OBDeleven. And yes, its IMPOSIBLE to recode ABS in A4B6 model. Because, there is no entry for workshop code. Vcds does not coding it without that workshop code.
Note #5: In some cases, you will need to enter a non-zero WorkShop Code, such as 12345.

Hello friends, I'm not new to OBD Eleven. I have the old Pro version and last year got the New Gen with Ultimate subscription.
I have the same problem. I had to adapt a new Steering wheel and got the procedure, but nothing is happening. When I log with correct security access for the brakes, then I type the correct code and everything looks good. It accepts it. Then I change the security access to do the basic setting and there is a problem. When I go back with the security access for the brakes coding to check the code, the code is 00000 again. Also I'm not sure if it is doing the adaptation in the Steering Wheel module (Module 16) Adaptation channel 81 for the new VIN. As this is a new Steering wheel from another car I have coded it correctly in the Steering wheel module. First it was the old code and it was giving some errors, after I change the coding for the new Steering wheel (with cruse control lever) those errors are gone and this coding is stored. But then I'm not sure if the Adaptation is correctly stored. Thus not being able to detect the steering angle sensor and not coding the brakes.
I'm, using the OBD Eleven app on Android 11. In the Profile -> Personal Information there is a Workshop number that I have entered "12345". This is the instructions in a lot of forums and even a Ross-Tech video. Also typed another WorkShop number from another video but with no luck.
Thee error codes are that the brakes 010044 - Control module incorrectly coded - stacic 00778 - Steering angle sensor Unknown - intermittent.
All help is appreciated!

Major frustration with this system. Can a team member from OBD11 please do a demo video on how to recode the ABS and steering control module? I have the Login code and Soft code. From Ross Tech. (Should have bought that instead) I enter the Login code under security code as Login doesn’t exist but it says “success” then I go into coding and enter the soft code. And slide to write and that was successful as well. ABS light still on. No error found in ABS scan. Steering control module incorrectly coded error under steering module. Got a code and procedure for that from Rosstech and nothing works I still have a lot light on and a flashing red Exclamation mark??? Sorry I can’t seem upload screen shots of the process. Is it even possible to recode the steering column control module with this system?
