Hello i like to ask how i pass the Step that the application is asKing me for the pro code. I type it and Come Black to me the account is in use. I Change mobile telephone. I install it to both telephone, New and old. But the application is activated only in the old mobile telephone. Not allowing me to activated to my New telephone.

xionati, I have my OBD11 App on 3 different phones and they all work fine,
You do not need to enter your pro code again, you use the same login details on each phone and then you will pick up your pro account.

i can not use it in my new phone because when i tried to make manual coding is requesting me the activation code in order to continue,the moment i already register from before, and from my old phone. i already install the application to my new phone ,already register but although is scanning and connecting to my car is not allowing me to make coding...i paid once for the pro code now i have to pay again?i already sent mail requesting somebody to sent my to my email what i have to do ,or how to use my pro code to my new phone.is not possible not to be able to change phone for any reason.

xionati, As I have stated above i have OBD11 on 3 separate phones and also now 2 tablets all using the same login details and it works fine.
You do not have to buy another PRO Licence you already have one and its associated with your log in details.
I would suggest on Monday you confirm your account details with OBD11 Support team because it feels like you have entered the incorrect ones, I presume you did not delete you account when you changed phones. I may be wrong but the fact I have no issue using multiple devices makes me think its a setup issue.
