I installed the power folding mirrors this morning. They fold when I turn the mirror switch to the “fold” setting. I cannot, however, get them to fold with the fob. I found instructions, but I have a newer build, so I don’t have access control 2. I have ZV komfort. Does anyone know how to code this properly?
Thanks

If you have mk7 facelift ,the channel is "spiegelverstellung" you find all the adaptation here ,and also on the module of passengere seat

Try this (I have done with 2015 Tiguan): 1. In control module 42 Door Electrics Driver Side, go to Coding, check both Mirror Fold-in and Mirror Memory. Do the same for control Module 52 Door Electrics Passenger Side. 2. In control module 42 Door Electrics Driver Side, go to Security Access and enter SA number (in my case 04354), than go to Adaptation, scroll to System_Parameter_0, than to Systemparameter Byte 8, enter new value 99 (mirror fold in when pressing and keeping lock button on the keyfob, mirror fold out when opening driver side door), or 95 (mirror fold in when pressing and keeping lock button on the keyfob, mirror fold out when turning the key ignition on)

^^^^ hmm........ not sure that this will work on a mk7 which has UDS control modules. The instructions for the 2015 Tiggy look like they use a non-UDS protocol - I might be wrong!
