Was you able to now use the remote for the roof opening?

Any tips for me as I can’t get the roof to open via the remote but the windows do work on the remote.
Car is A5 2012 Cab, newer version

Windows works, but roof doesn't. The goes for the Mirror Dippers. They don't dip upon reversing I have the ample amount of credits, but it is failing to accept my credits
