I’ve done some searching but can’t seem to find an answer to my issue. I just purchased an obdeleven device and was able to pair it up to my 2017 Audi TTS. The car has its own WiFi hot spot with a strong signal. I attempted to purchase credits and I always get a red banner that reads “Check Network Connection”. I even changed over to my household WiFi and the results are the same.
What else can I try? I need a solution. Thanks in advance.

bradb, I am guessing due to the time you raised the query you are in the america's. First question do you have a Pro version if so you dont need credits. To be clear if you are in your house, connected to your home network, Open up OBD11 and go to Profile and select free credits - does this work for you forum.obdeleven.com/thread/1935/credit-systemIf you want to buy credits (and I presume you have a google account) is this when you get the error message.

Yes, I’m in the USA. No, I don’t have the Pro version. I tried the “Free Credits” and watched one commercial and got 1 credit. But ever since then I just get the red banner stating to check network connection. I get the same no connection warning when trying to buy credits. I checked the link you provided and I think I have done everything correctly. I just can’t get the app to recognize either my house or my Audi WiFi.

OK, In that case (and I have seen this before) I suspect its a google problem. The error messages that OBD11 displays with regards to credits and ads are all passed back from Google.
All I can suggest is try it first thing in the morning and at various times during the day.
The network issue is not your wifi its connection with Google.
You get one free credit each day just logging on, nothing to do with the google link, the other credits are all related to ads.
Hope this helps, give it a day and let us know if it is still not working.

Success! I tried it again this evening and it worked! What a relief! I purchased credits and made my first change with one of the apps. This is going to be fun. Thanks for your advice. Have a great day.
