I have selected the wrong car when i first set up the app and i can not change it to the correct model..
Dose anyone know how i can change it?
I have tried contacting obdeleven through the messageing feature on the app quite a awhile ago but i have not recived a reply.

ty it depends on what you want to change. If you go to your car in the garage (on the app not physical) Select Info Select the pencil marker on the first white line Select Modify It wont allow you to modify the model but it does the modification and body type. If its the actual model thats wrong then contact support using one of the methods here forum.obdeleven.com/thread/1877/contact-app-support-teamIf you have already contacted them then go to help session and update the query. |

Thanks for the reply
I have already contacted the support team via the app. I have just emailed them now by the given email adress provided by you, so hopfully they reply soon.
I selected a 2012 VW Golf Plus by accident, rather the selecting a 2012 VW Golf R wich is what i own.
I have tried changing it by the little pencil icon in the on app garage feature and it will not let me change the model.

Yes I appreciated you had contacted them but you should still see the message on your app and be able to update and ask for a reply.
Anyway you have emailed now so lets hope that sorts it.
