How good obdeleven support response time is? I emailed them yesterday about getting a 6 digit password because I bought mine used. Just wanted to know what to expect with regards to wait time. Thanks

As its the weekend you will not get a response normally but hopefully Monday they should get back to you.
Have you asked the person you bought the dongle from for the passcode.

I've tried to reach OBD/Voltas six times through various methods - Facebook and Online Help requests. Never received a response. Device still under warranty, but time is running out.

tacoma I have not had the same issue, normally get a responce withing 24 hours (allowing for weekends).
If you go to the app and select help and then take the conversation button (top right) have you checked to see if you got answer.
That aside what was your issue you wanted help with and are you a registered user

I emailed them yesterday about getting a 6 digit password because I bought mine used. I'd have to check to see if your warranty and "customer service" is transferrable. Companies like Ross-Tech, I believe limits the warranty to the original owner. You can try getting the original owner to make the password reminder / reset claim on your behalf. Have no fear, you will get a response, you just have to have a way or identifying your device (such as a serial number etc.).
