Is it possible to program they keys with obd eleven?

Thx for your help. I already tried many combinations with the keys, but it wont work. i couldnt remember if i already tried what u posted, so i gave it a try and went to my car, but it also wont work. The Car shows no reaction when i press a button on the fob. My Car is from 2010 and what i know im only able to get new keys working with the help of coding
