Each time my dongle needs firmware updated, the process is painful. The updates fail repeatedly. I'd estimate that it has taken about 10 retries to finally get the updates to succeed.
Do others have this same issue? Are there things I can do to make the updates more reliably? It is getting infuriating to have my device inoperable for 2-3 days each update until I can finally get the updates to install and allow it to function once again.
If this is normal, is there a way to request the UI for the app be changed so that it can auto-retry until successful? Having to repeatedly watch it for 2-3 minutes until the "try again" screen comes up is a horrible waste of time.
