Hello to all... How can i disable or low the volume on sound actuator with long coding. Doesnt appear to have some picture in the app. Seat ibiza cupra 1.4 tsi 2011mk5

not my car but do you have a control unit A9 Actuator For Structure-Borne Sound, if so what options do you have under that.

I found the following coding for Skoda Octavia III but it think it's the same for your car: Control Unit A9 -> Adaption -> Select Channel volume of the actuator for structure-borne sound -> set value to 0 to disable the sound actuator(Default is 100) I hope this works for you  |

tried to shut off the sound actuator today and ran into the following error - control unit not responding. check ignition.
unit seems to work for other sections. any thoughts?

First question do you have control unit A9 showing on your gateway list and if yes what color is it showing (should be green)
Have you done a clear cache or data recently (sometimes this helps)
