I found it on a VCDS-forum, but I can't find Channel 34 in the adaptions... How can I do this with the obdeleben?
STG 09
Security access 31347 Adaptation 10
Channel 34
The original total value in channel 34 appears to be just 4 which as we know defaults SS to ON at each start.
Altering the total value by these amounts will make these changes....
Subtract 4 = default is OFF at each start.
Add 32 = default is last used setting.
Add 64 = reverses lights on the switch Note with all choices the On/Off switch still functions.

Andy: Like you, I have been searching for an Auto-off facility for the SS function on a mk7, but alas your tweak won't work (IMO)!
I've seen your instructions from 2 sources: for an Amarok - which is basically built on a commercial VW vehicle platform and for a Touareg - which is built on a PL71 platform. Unfortunately both these cars have a very different DNA to the mk7 which is built on a MQB platform. That's the reason why you can't find Channel 34, because the adaptation channel structure (and the network topology for the control modules) on MQB platform vehicles is very different.
I'm more than happy to be proven wrong if you can find the equivalent facility for SS Auto-off on the mk 7, but all of the tweaks that have been published thus far work by fooling the control module into thinking that either the temperature is too high, or that the voltage is too low. These tweaks simply disable SS - making the SS switch in the console inoperative. These tweaks also result in the tell-tale "A" symbol with a slash appearing in the top RHS of the MFD whenever the vehicle comes to a stop.
In sheer frustration, my solution was to design, build and install a simple timer circuit that is placed across the SS switch contacts. It works automatically by simulating the driver pressing the SS switch on the centre console 5 seconds after the ignition is turned-on. I've had it operating for about 12 months and it has never missed once. Now after I switch-on the ignition, 5 seconds later the SS disable light automatically comes-on and I can re-engage the SS facility at any time in the journey. Not that I have ever done this - IMO, SS is the most dangerous facility in the car! I have designed 3 different versions of the Auto SS kill switch which you can find in the link below.

Just as an example, here's the ciruit for a version of my switch which is based on a device called a "Digispark" - which is an Arduino style chip. But my first design (which is based on an "open-loop" circuit) is far simpler to build.

I'm going to assume OBDeleven no longer needs someone who can test S/S one click app function?
