Hello all I need help...I have a new cell phone and had to re-enter all my account data into the freshly installed OBD11 App. Now when I try to re-activate my pro status the application says that this code (the one that came with the dongle) is already in use! What do I need to do to get my pro status back? thx Uwe

Uwe when you move to your new phone you use the same login details as you had on your old phone
For Example first.lastname@gmail.com, password MyPh0ne and then when you log in you will pick up your account and history from the oBD11 Servers. You do not need to create a new account and you cant enter the pro id again, onces its been used its dead.

So far so good...I did just that! Same user ID (e-mail address) as before. But I changed phone and cell phone provider...not sure if that makes a difference? I can get into the car but when I for example ask to put the instrument panel in reset I get told I need to be pro! When I check in the account settings I get options to buy pro or use an existing code. When I do that I get "code already in use". What have I done wrong?

Phone and Provider should not and i have not seen cause any issues.
When you go to profile from the main menu does it show PRO on the right hand side of the white strip at the top.
I presume you have made some changes in the past if so when you go into history can you see anything.
My guess is you used a different account to log in before but if you confirm the above and that it is not showing as pro then you need to contact support directly and hopefully they will be able to confirm your account details.
