So a few weeks ago i was looking for a blown fuse under the hood. Did the stupid thing and pulled them to check with my battery connected. After that happened, it went into total limp mode or 'Protective Mode' where it governs the motor at 4k RPMS. I clear the codes, but they're perm codes and appear static. I read that sometimes you just need to complete X number of drive cycles and it will go away. It has been 2 weeks since my last reset and all my readiness indicators came back available. Today i reset and they came right back. Logs are below. Im stumped! I know theres no issue, it was my pulling ECU fuses.
