My German language skills are hopeless, but Google translates "Klemme 15 ein" as Clamp 15 on. What this phrase really refers-to is "Terminal 15 on". Terminal 15 is part of DIN 72552 (DIN is the German Institute for Standardization) and it means Battery positive with the ignition switch - So the complete heading is Access control - function with ignition switch on
Don In the DIN standard, Terminal 30 means a solid (not switched) battery positive and Terminal 31 means battery negative
