Looks like it is not enabled by default (Q7 2018 with ODBEleven Pro 0.9.2.2). When I try to manually enable it, I get an error. Anything I am missing or doing wrong?

Alex I am no expert but in my experience when I try and enable a control module that my car does not have it shows in the list of modules but instead of being Green (live and well) or red (live but with errors) its number is in a BLACK circle which as i understand it means you dont have the control unit.
This is not my car so i can only hope somebody will answer your question who knows or raise the issue on a Audi Q7 Forum I am sure somebody will be able to help

I have Prestige with both power front seats. I am surprised that this module doesn't exists  |

did you ever figure this out? i tried to long code in "seat symmetry" and "adjust passenger seat with driver controls" but couldn't find control unit 6
