I switched android phones and now it is saying my pro code has already been used. I have logged into the same account again but the pro features are not working

jws the pro account activation code is linked to your log in details not the phone so the fact its telling you its been used makes me believe you have the wrong account.
drop support a line with your details and hopefully they can give you correct account or fix it if its an issue
