So I have a 2.0 t and when I am using monitoring Actual boost pressure it peaks as high as 37psi. 5his is impossible on a K03, also at idle it sits at +14.4psi. Even the requested boost is this high.

So I have a 2.0 t and when I am using monitoring Actual boost pressure it peaks as high as 37psi. Those values are absolute values (including atmospheric pressure). You have to subtract 14.7 psi to see your real reading. Your K03 is functioning fine if you see absolute as 37psi. peak boost of 22.9psi indicates to me that your car has been flashed. I hope you know that your car runs MORE boost during a hot day than a cold by design of the tunes from both Revotechnik and Eurodyne. My GTI on Eurodyne does 19 psi during the day, and 15 at nights (even with the diverter valve that needs to be replaced. The link that Cupra280 posted is indeed useful for your query.
