I am trying to change the behaviour of the stop/start button in my 6C Polo GTI so that it is turned off at ignition. According to the information I have found, this is available on Audis by modifying the value of adaption 34 under module 09 - Cent. Elect.

I am aware that stop/start can be permanently disabled by modify the voltage and/or temperature in the CAN module, but I would just like to modify the default behaviour of the button, not disable it completely.

Unfortunately, I don't seem to be able to access the adaption by number, only by name and I am not sure what the name of adaption 34 is. I also don't seem to be able to get a total dump of the all settings configured in the car, only an output of the long coding values and/or a history of changes.

Is there a way to access adaptions by number in the app?

The adaption channel was 34, which also appears in an adaption mapping of the Golf Mk7, even though it also uses UDS I believe? Unfortunately this adaption doesn't appear under access control on my Polo 6C.

Understanding that the system on Audi is different, but assuming that the adaptions on the Golf Mk7 are using a similar system, is this option something I should be able to modify on my Polo using the UDS communication protocol?

Also is there any way through OBDeleven to export a listing of all the adaptions in a particular module? It would be really handy to have a dump of all the available adaptions and their current settings so I can look for the likely trigger for a particular behaviour.
