Hi folks, I need some help.
I have A6 C8 2020 here and very strange issue happened:
- On the first try of OBD11 I started Full Backup, but when I saw it will take a long time I stopped it. - On the next day I created a complete Full Backup (took like 45-50 min), all seemed ok.
Recently I wanted to make some longcoding on module 46 and realized it's not responding. I tried everything, open hood, open door etc. I even tried VCDS and still - the module doesn't respond. No DCU errors, all good.
Upon further investigation of my history it turns out the very first (partial) backup has made a successfull backup of module 46, but the one on the next day (complete full) this module is missing from the backup. It's like this module locked itself or it's stuck? Has anyone experienced something like this? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Yup, same thing happened to me. All was working - keys, mirrors, windows . .everything!
In my case, I woke one day with the battery dead. Once I jump started it, block 46 was revived. Did the 46 Conv kill the battery? Almost sure!
So, one think you could try is kill all power to the car and then reconnect.
