How do i change my app country cause i bought premium to use it on my bmw but the features are not available in my country. How can i change it?

When you say you bought premium do you mean pro or ultimate plan as these only work on VAG motors as far as I know.
I don't know how you cheat the country limitations but I would try the following
Using a VPN set up a Google account in supported country and possibly Gmail type account
Then setup a Obd11 account using VPN and try and connect.
The only bit I don't know is if the VIN is used to work out country.

The only bit I don't know is if the VIN is used to work out country. : Hi. VAG's VIN does have a country identifier - it's the first digit. However, it's more of a region descriptor and it identifies the place where the vehicle was manufactured
I guess OP could try fooling the OBD11 App by changing the first digit of the car's VIN to another region of manufacture! There's lots of webpages that describe the code for the first digit

Yes but I don't think you can then connect to the car although the OBDeleven app can be a bit flaky as I have a Honda connected under two different veins due to it not being able to read car vin
