Hello everyone, I have a 2021 A3 Adv model. After connecting my car to OBDeleven, I was able to activate some features with a single click, but the rear taillight animation didn’t work with one click. I tried accessing it through the central electrics menu, but it’s not connecting. Since I have an unlimited membership, the SFD protection should automatically unlock, but it seems it isn’t. I want to try accessing it through the Adaptations section, but it’s not connecting. I would appreciate any help from those who can assist.

when you say unlimited do you mean you have the Lifetime Pro license.
Are you using the VAG app or the Non VAG app that supports one click apps but not coding.

Yes, I’ve done everything, and I’m using the OBDeleven VAG app. I’ve tried it on both Android and iOS. It connects to everything except the central electrics. I purchased the full version without credits, which is the Pro, one tier above the basic package.

I had purchased the Ultimate plan. There’s no problem other than with the central electrics. It just won’t connect to that section.

Have you tried doing a re install of the app, this sometimes helps weird issues.
If not then i would raise it with support directly.

you are posting the same question several times may i suggest again that you contact support directly
As an aside are you saying you cant see control unit 09 at all or just that you cant see the long coding section.
