Based on VCDS it seems the engine control long code to disable the exhaust valve (forcing it open at all times) is 09 1D 00 32 24 26 00 0E 30 00 This is based on a photo of someone who unchecked the "bit 2, exhaust valves installed" option in VCDS (photo attached). Can you confirm this is the correct coding to use for OBDEleven as well? I have a 2016 Golf R Thank you! Attachments:

Go to Engine Control Module (#1), then Coding in the submenu. Navigate to Byte 9, then you will see Bit 2 in a checked state. Uncheck it, hit the checkbox at the bottom to save changes and done.

Worked!
Although it didn't seem to take immediately, I only noticed it got louder after a restart. What is the normal programming process? What I do now is:
- Insert the OBD device - Turn on accessory power (not starting the car) - Connect my app and make changes, save changes - Turn off ignition - Start car
Is that the correct process? I ask because I tried the auto-tilting mirror mod and it seemed to have saved but isn't working on the car. So I'm wondering if what I hear in the exhaust is really there or I just want it to be. I also modified the SoundAktor and that definitely is off now, so at least that works.
Thanks for the help
