Hello
I’ve ordered the obd next gen for my 2018 Audi tts
I placed the order 3 weeks ago and was sent a tracking number
There’s no info and it’s in a diff Language
I’ve emailed obd and get an answer that’s states 2-3 weeks or 8 weeks to arrive
This is a ridiculous amount of time
Then I get a message that’s says we’ll be back online tomorrow
It’s Tuesday
Is this a scam ?!

No they work Lithuanian hours so you often get out of office back to you next working day message.

For stuff like this i personally find sending emails to support@obdeleven.com the best way.

You will get a email back that basically puts you off and you have to go back again and tell them the story.

If they mess you about to much go to your card provider and tell them these guys wont talk to you and you want your money back as you have not had the goods.

8 weeks is a joke, check out support.obdeleven.com/en/articles/5605920-when-will-my-order-be-shipped-and-what-are-the-shipping-times this has the following

Delivery times:

Within Europe: 3-14 days

Outside Europe: 7-30 days

this is not a scam but it is terrible customer service

It’s brutal but I’ll try again in a day or so and then notify my cc company and dispute the charge
It’s too bad as it seems like a good product to use and seems fun
Why would they not secure a better or more consistent delivery group.
Funny thing they gave me 200 credits w my purchase😳
