Hi, i recently tried to activate Auto lock upon exit app for my 2023 Audi A3 but it doesn't function as intended. I have all the requirements as it mentioned. My (09) ODX version is 007001 which also matches. Can you guys help out and fix, i really need that function. Thanks..

Hello, this application is tested by ourselves and it should work. Have you checked settings in multimedia?

The app has only "ON" enable option in the list and before activating mine was already set to "ON". When i enable it says completed but it doesn't lock itself after i move away from the car. Also there is no such option located in menus in multimedia, I searched everywhere

So what do you expect more if you enter first time application and you see "ON" ? This means that this feature already enabled in your car and our app will not make any difference. That means your car doesn't support this feature.

I expect it to work because i met all preconditions that has written in the description and there is no OFF option just ON so it thought that there might be a bug causing it but if thats the case thank you again for your effort

Hi,i am having the same issue.I have 2023 rs3 and my car has the same odx number as written on the app's description section.When i enter the app it was saying "original" and changed it to "On".It was successfully done but it not working when i exit with the key.

yeah same, they said we tested it and its working okay but how you tested it? what was the car's software version? Like instead of they try to understand the situation and fix it they just pasted you aren't supported, excuse me obd developers but how you manage to come up to this conclusion. I even tried to contacted through the app but no avail. Is this how customer satisfaction works here?

My software version is 0177.I believe there is an issue with the app or a bug.They should test it again i believe.I have done it twice and spend 100 credits to make sure i have followed the steps correctly but sadly it didnt happened.

I have done the same things as you said but its not working strangely.Something is not right with the app itself i reckon.They should check and test it again.
