Hello, I write you because I have a problem with my OBDeleven and my Seat Ibiza 6J (2014) 1.2 TSI. I'm trying to do some modifications in the Module 9 (central electrics) but, when I try to access to Adaptations with my OBDeleven, a popup with a request channel number is opened instead the labels to choose what I want to change. I attach an screenshot. Finally, when I go to Long codding, I don't have the option to switch between normal and bits mode (an icon up and right). I attach screenshot too. Have anyone the same problem? OBDeleven , do you know why? Thank you very much to everybody!

Yes, I know I have this selector. But there isn't all labels. And, when I clic one, the configuration is fully different as other cases. If I can, I'm going to upload differents images, from my car (Tiguan mk2) that is all ok and from the Ibiza, that is impossible to change anything. Anyway, thank you for your reply krystian660!

Tiguan MK2 have much more electronics (therefore, a lot more possible adaptations) than Ibiza.

krystian660 , here you can see a Seat Leon more or less the same year as the Ibiza. With similar electronics. And you can compare what is happening when I try to access to Adaptation in module 9 and what is happening in the video.

nekel I have a 2014 Leon and 2010 Ibiza, on the Ibiza it works the same way as you describe (eg its all channel numbers not descriptions with options) and my 2014 is as per the video.
I suspect you ibiza has an older version. have you checked your vin number in the app is correct and if you look at your backups does it just show channels under adaptions.

Thank you for your answer cupra280! The vim is ok and the car is fully added in the OBDeleven app. Now, I know than my Ibiza is using CAN KWP2000 protocol instead of cars that are using latest UDS control units. I'm doing research about how can I translate the processes to adapt to CAN KWP2000... Do you have any idea?

Sorry nekei I dont know if you can convert because I would have thought the setup of the modules is different.
however if you search for VCDS instructions you can always use them.
Not sure if its true for older cars but certainly the Leon and Golf share the same setup so a lot of the coding is transferable but I guess (and you will need to research) that the Ibizia may share coding with Polo.

Thank you for everything, cupra280!! I'm going to have a look. Finally, do you have if it is possible to activate the OEM alarm?

Hi cupra280! I have good news! My alarm is activated. Thank you for the video. I was reading about other modifications that you sent me (the pdf) and there are interesting things. Now, I'm looking for other two things that I'm not able to get information: - Close / open rearview mirrors with the car. - I've changed rear lights by LED amb I'm getting an error in the FIS. I want to delete this error. Thank you!!!

nekel i seem to recall that the 6J Does not come with folding mirrors as standard. check out www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=438281 as i know that somebody here is selling a bit of kit to help, there is also this video With regards to your LED lights i know a lot of people have issues with this on the Leon sites, its sometimes need a resistor put in the line, I seem to recall that good lights should not cause issues but cheaper versions can. Cant find any post's on the subject but I dont think you can code the error off you have to replace the bulbs. One other thought if you run a scan do you get an error shown there and will it let you delete the error.

cupra280 , as always, thank you for your reply. My Ibiza has electric mirrors from default. I have the codification for new protocol, is this (in Spanish, sorry): 1. Ir a Módulo 09 Centralita electrónica 2. Ir a adaptación 3. Entrar en Spiegelverstellung 4. En Funk Spiegelanklappung Modus, poner valor "by look command via remote control key" 5. En Funk Spiegelanklappen, poner valor "Activado" 6. En Menusteuerung Funk Spiegel anklappen, poner valor "Activado" For other side, about LED error I was reading a lot of posts. I know that with a resistor, is possible to remove the error. But as I said before, I have the codification to (maybe) avoid the error, but I have to translate from new protocol to my protocol. The codification I think could be this: 1. Ir a Módulo 09 Centralita electrónica 2. Ir a adaptación 3. (1)-Leuchte25KZL HA59-Lasttyp 25 - set to: 43 - allgemeine LED 4. (6) Leuchte25KZL HA59 - Dimmwert AB 25 - set to 127 Regards and Merry Christmas!

thanks nekei the folding mirrors is very similar to the Leon one.
I will pass the led error message on to the Seat site as most people just get new bulbs or resistors to solve this issue.
Merry christmas to you and your family.

If you want to enable OEM alarm, you have to go to module number 9 and, from long codding, you have to enable: Byte 5: bit 7 ON Byte 6: bit 0, 2 y 3 ON Remember you need to wait a few time to try it. Please, wait a minute.
