You sure it doesn’t work? I say that because it only seems to work when you first turn your ignition on, so after the car has shut down, which is normally a few minutes after the key has been removed

Use obdeleven with ignition on but engine off
Select Control unit 17 (Dashboard)
long coding
Byte 1
Bit 0 Activate
Then turn off ignition and pull the key out for a couple of minutes, then key in and turn on ignition
