Not my car and dont have access to one so this is a guess on my part. Click 17 I am presuming is Control Unit 17 (mine is named dashboard but then yours may be different) Makes sense as you are trying to re calibrate the Cluster. Check out this thread it has a bit more details on what needs changing. You can very easily calibrate the gauge to read correctly when full using VCDS, see Audi A4 (8E) Instrument Cluster (8EC/8ED/8HE) - Ross-Tech Wiki -- update this time with the link wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/Audi_A4_%288E%29_Instrument_Cluster_%288EC/8ED/8HE%29#Channel_033:_Tank_Characteristic_.28Full_Calibration.29Simply brim the tank, and then save 65535 into adaptation channel 33 of the instruments at address 17 and it will work out the correct calibration factor.

So I came to this screen: After clicking this: Do I just click the green check mark?? To calibrate the tank as FULL?

As I said in my first post this is not my car so I cant test it before giving you advise and my car setup is different to yours so it does not help.
However what i have seen on other videos is that if you change the number (currently 128 to any number between 112 and 144 and save with the green tick you will see your fuel gauge change position.
If we have read these instruction correctly then by typing in 65535 it will re calibrate the settings. Sorry for all the caveats on my advise but this is a guess on my part and i have no way to make sure. Let us know how you get on or if you are nervous then I can only suggest you go to an Audi fan site and ask the question there.
If anybody out there has done this please let us know

Standard Value: 128 Value Range: 112...144 (-4.0...+4.0 l) Increments: 1 = 1 Ohm = 1/4 l
To start the adaptation enter '65535' as new value. Just click the green check mark and see what happens

Thanks for the input fellas!
