Hi Guys,
I was wondering if something can be done for helping in hill start.
Currently on a slop I need to push the paddle hard for the car to start driving. I was wondering if something can be done.
From what I understood when you stop on a hill and the 'P' is on, the car is on hold for sometime. when you press the acceleration paddle it still holds for sometime. I was wondering if this time can be shorten?
I looked at these coding, but couldn't understand if any help my situation.
Sensitivity hill start assistant
We can modify the way the wizard acts hill start adapting to our needs or habits.
1 - Module 03 - Electronic brake. Code (40168/20103)
2 - Adaptation
3 - Select - Start Assist slope
4 - Activate one of the three options:
- Normal (default)
- Advance
- Time delay
Tilt hill start assistant
With this modification we can change when we want to be activated depending on the steepness of the slope.
1 - Module 03 - Electronic brake. Code (40168/20103)
2 - Adaptation
3 - Select - Start Assist slope, slope limit
4 - Change the value you want.
A higher value more inclination required for activation
Default 3%
Many thanks!

Live in the flattest part of the UK so dont use this function.
However if I were suffering like you I would do the following
1/ Tilt Hill Start Assistant, Change this to 50% or any max value it allows you. This way you have turned it off and can work back to a value you are happy having it on but not being in your way all the time.
2/ Select Advance and see what this shows you (or if it shows nothing then does it behave differently or give you new menu options)
3/ Select Time delay, I would hope this means it does not turn on straight away but kicks in after said time limit.
Let us know how it goes
