You can do nothing with OBD11, All this is showing is a car with the same control unit has a higher software version but it might be on a different car.
Seen a few people saying the version is not available for there car (because its a different setup)
But as I say you can do nothing to upgrade it with OBD11 you need more expensive tools to do stuff like that.
Well, not to take it with a grain of salt but the guy on the Taos forum has the same Taos as I do a 2024 SE and is able to adapt things. I’ll grab his post and paste it here.

I messed with the caristaappapp adapter yesterday and tweaked a few settings I forget all of what I did but I did fix the throttle response which makes it drive better but my 2024 SE only had 50 miles on it so i don't really know what it was like to drive before lol - I also did the doors dont auto unlock when in park. I did a few other settings I can remember like blind spot brightness to 100% i think it was at 18% default?
Am I able to take the reverse lights and make them brighter? - Are they LED if they're not I would buy new bulbs then
I really wish I was able to do the mirrors go down when in reverse like my other car

caristaapp works with the 24s I have a 2024 SEL, and Changed My Throttle To Direct and Steering To Dynamic, Adjusted My Gage Cluster Theme.
