pre-purchasing questions

1) I am looking to purchase this to use on multiple vehicles. I assume any changes made will be retained when the device is disconnected?

Yes you are making changes to the coding so they normally (some VAG Certainly dont allow changes to stick but small in number) stay forever however be warned if you take a newer model into the garage and the do an update to software (this happens a lot on VAG Group) then normally you lose the changes so have to re apply them.



2) Which plan is appropriate for a universal unlock of features without the need to continually purchase features, and is this available for BMW & Audi or just Audi?

The Pro License is for VAG Only (eg Audi) and can be purchased for 1, 2 or 3 years but after that period you have to repurchase or drop down to Basic plan that only works with Credits.

BMW Only works on Credits there is no PRO Coding but there are plenty of other BMW Tools that will allow you to code your own changes.

3) Am I able to turn off the auto stop/start and seat belt chime in a 2025 Audi Q7?

No - VAG Changed the coding so its not possible to code it off, you can mess around with battery status connection but this will impact life of your battery or there are some hardware options that can be purchased to do this (dont know if they are out there yet for your motor)

4) Am i able to do the same for a BMW (general brand, not a specific model right now)?

BMW AND TOYOTA Group you have to use a different app and this only supports changes via one click apps that you have to pay for each time you use. If your motor does not have what you want you can request OBD11 OCA Team to build it for you.
