Hi all, first post here, I'm looking for an solution to permanently disable the constant bong bong bong bong speed warning in my new 2024 Audi A4. I can turn this off in car settings but each new journey it turns back on again.
I have seen this product 'NextGen OBDeleven device for £50.00' so would this do the job without a subscription or the need to buy credits ?
I would also like to default the lane departure warning off too as this is also an irritation.

Hey, welcome to the community forum! First thing's first - hope you've heard of SFD2. A lot of 2023+ vag models are affected by this newer security protocol which unfortunately causes OBDeleven devices some communication issues with the car. OBDeleven knows about it and is working on resolving it, or so they state on their FAQ pages. Regarding the features you mentioned wanting to disable - if your car will connect normally, without any SFD2 blockage, you'd then be able to use a few One-Click Apps (listed below) to turn off the warnings. - obdeleven.com/supported-vehicles?Audi/A4/2024/speed-warning (10 credits) - obdeleven.com/supported-vehicles?Audi/A4/2024/lane-departure-warning-memory (50 credits) You will not need any paid account plans, but it will cost credits. |

Hi thanks for your reply, yes i've heard of SFD2, this will put me off buying a new vehicle in the future.
But for now i'm happy to buy 'credits' to turn these distractions off.
Should this device not meet my needs I assume I can return it for a full refund ?

Quality hardware can be returned to OBDELEVEN, UAB within 14 working days for any reason. Returned goods must be in the original packaging and without marks of use. Return shipping costs are covered by the sender.
